Welcome to a new style of Sacred Heart Yoga's traditional Hatha Yoga Foundations Teacher Training!
Traditionally, the deeper studies of Yoga were practiced in an Ashram or solitary setting, set apart from the busyness and distractions of everyday life.
We are blessed to hold this training in the beautiful, quiet, and peaceful setting of Swasti Eco Cottages, aligning closer to the traditions of teaching and learning Yoga.

Practicing in a studio surrounded by lush vegetable gardens, fruit trees, and serene nature, this environment is perfect to help us go deep into Yoga and ourselves.

"Kelapa Studio"

In Indonesian, Kelapa means “coconut”.

Made from soft coconut wood, our Yoga home for the month has a natural feeling, with soft coconut wood floors, 360-degree views of the gardens and surrounding jungle, and the option to open the floor-to-ceiling windows and let in the sweet Ubud breeze.

Swasti Eco Cottage - Residential Option

Swasti Eco Cottages offers a wide variety of rooms for individuals, couples, and dormitory style.
The price of rooms is dependant on the number of people sharing a room. Rooms subject to availability.
You are welcome to book a room for yourself, or add yourself to the list for shared accommodations with your fellow students!

Bali has exploded in the world consciousness in recent years. With all the attention and foreign investment, the culture and natural beauty of this unique and precious island is slowly being lost. As the local people and Mother Earth give so much to visitors from around the world, it is our honour and privilege to be able to contribute something back.

5% of Sacred Heart Yoga - Yoga Teacher Training profits are donated to a local charity

We are also happy to include a day of Karma Yoga during the teacher training, acting in selfless service to help the local community and environment. We have been blessed to contribute through garbage cleanup, planting trees, and painting an orphanage!
