Classes from November 20, 2023 onward will be recorded using a new lavalier mic! We will continue to add older classes to the site, however, they take some time to remove the excess background noise to make them listenable, so we thank you for your patience.
We are so happy to offer classes with much clearer sound and no more annoying high-pitched squeak :) Since the microphone is positioned to clearly capture Greg's voice you will find that the group chanting and background music is much quieter; however, this feels like a reasonable trade-off for the significantly better sound quality of the classes.

A note on the recordings - Our intention is to provide the best quality recordings that we can. Our current recording device produces good audio, but occasionally creates sound glitches. We are a tiny team of two, so we don't always catch these glitches. If you find a recording has poor quality sound or frequent, distracting sound glitches, please send us a quick note with the name of the recording so that we can fix or remove it.
